If you wish to delete your TapHop account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below.

1. Delete your account from the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the TapHop app.
This will permanently delete your account and all related data within 7 business days.

2. Request account deletion via email
You can also send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
Please include your registered email address in the message.

Data deletion timeline
All account-related data (games created, likes, comments, and profile information) will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of receiving your request.

Some anonymized data (such as aggregated analytics) may be retained for performance and product improvement purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
